The initiative to produce the textbook was taken by the Norwegian Centre for Maritime Medicine. Authors were selected from the maritime medicine centres mainly in Europe, but not exclusively. All authors are highly reputed professionals who were asked to cover fields in which they are particularly competent. However, we invite any expert within maritime medicine to contribute to the product by giving comments and/or supplements to the present material. We also welcome users to participate in the discussion forum. Read more |
