The Textbook of Maritime Health is a comprehensive learning tool aimed at providing health professionals and others with a complete overview of the field of maritime medicine, free of charge. The Textbook is available on smartphones, tablets and desktop and has been written by the leading industry professionals within Maritime Medicine in the world. The Norwegian Centre for Maritime Medicine and Diving Medicine is the national centre of excellence in maritime and diving medicine. It is part of the Department of Occupational Medicine within Helse Bergen. The aim of the Department is to promote the health and welfare of seafarers and divers.
